Cool

Still waiting for my XJ as she has been away getting the noisy torque converter repaired. Gee I hope that is the problem as it took two days for them to work out that was the problem. Have not had the truck since last Wednesday and maybe not see it until this Wednesday.
Me thinks I should have pulled it down myself and had more of a look around. Next time I'll buy a wreck and keep it around for parts?

Fitted ARB diff covers front and rear. Can now drain and fill without removing. Much better.

Does the front one clear the panhard?

My Solid diff covers don't, I will have to file down the name area, hopefully without making it to thin to be strong, the idea is to make the housing a little more rigid, but if i need to take to much out that may defeat the idea.

Fan not coming on at any temp so have a bypass switch. Haven't changed CTS so i might try that.
Have replaced guage sender but no joy...think it is a guage problem.

Thanks Gojeep, my mate and I have been building my jeep for the past few months and your website is a great help and inspiration
