DANA 60 With 5 stud.
This is how I will do mine. Info may help you. http://panther4x4.com/Scrambler/DANA 60 5 Stud from J4000 has five stud 35 spline 1.5 inch axels semi floating. Six bolt backing plate mount, SJ Chero caliper bracket will bolt straight up and Scout Rotor. See link shows how.

Just a question, if its not going offroad and your not going locker etc, why bother changing to disk brakes?
A lot of stuffing around for not much benefit.
Would be easier to leave it as a 8 lug, drum brake rear (which work well if set up and maintained) and change the front to 8 lug, using ford or GM D44 outer components.
8 lug rims are easy enough to find. I know you said you have rims but surely its easier to run with the drums and swap rims rather than what you are trying to do?

Stick with the 8 lug and just swap in a 4banger

Another thought, if its not gunna get wheeled hard , why not hunt up a 20 0r 44 with the right stud pattern?
