with engine turned off do you still get noise showing or just a stright green beem on the scope ? Than with engine running short together the 2 scope leads and see if noise still showing (it should be just a stright horizontal green beam).
It just looks like there is still no proper pulse showing .
Like Layback sugested check with the ohmmeter if there is any resistance to gound (Mega Ohm range ). Should have no resistance reading to ground on neither of 2 wires coming from injector (unpluged ).
If all ok than swap over injector I would say or pull it apart if you've got a spare one . Cheers
