They dont look too bad clarky. What did you end up using?
I bought some 28mm side mounted rubber flare off ebay with the intention to stick on with 3m tape but peeled off straight away.
The only way i can see it working is if i tek screw or rivet into the body but im a little worried about driling into the outside of the body....
Wish there was better options for the WH!

3M tap didn't work for me also so I used Sikaflex 227 Adhesive, taped into place for 24 hours then good to go.

3M UHB (ultra-high bond.) trim tape will definitely hold them, providing you use the primer correctly, and warm the panel and flare up slightly.

But Sikaflex 227 would be much easier/less destructive to remove, if you ever need to remove and/or re-attach them.

Chees guys. I was hoping someon would recomend sikaflex. I recn ill give that a try, just need to come up with a way to hold them in position whilst the glue goes off.....
I did try 3m UHB tape and it didnt want to stic to te rubber. Admittedly i didnt do any heating or priming like you said but i did wipe down with isopropyl before to remove any oils.
Clarky if you dont mind me asking when you used the 227 is it tacky enough to hold itself whislt curing or do you think i will need to get some sort of g clamps or something?

Cheers guys!

227 is pretty good at holding things vertically while it cures, but it's "slippery" so you'll definitely need clamps or something to stop the flares sliding out of place. A few dots of super-glue around the outside might work if the rubber isn't too heavy? ... then maybe run a bead of 227 along the edges to tidy things up once it's all cured.
