You're right. The diesel will not be sold in the states, although there seems to be a big demand for it. The problem is their diesel quality is too low (apparently).

anyone know what the standard tyre size will be? they look rather small in that photo above. Hope they aren't the same as the current TJ.
I think (trying to remember looking at the spec sheet a few months back) that standard was 31" - maybe 32" on the Rubicon. The current TJ has 29" tyres (I think - again, not being an owner (yet) I'm going on memory from the Jeep spec sheet).
