Ta, was going through the hills in sw WA and when I touched brakes it started a really bad wobble that didn't stop for ages going down hill. It didn't seem to be coming through the steering but rather the rear.

I'm still convinced they are related. After I replaced the rear upper control arm bushes with MOOG ones from Rockauto I've hit the holes that caused crazy death wobbles with almost no effect.
Not saying things are all good with the front end now but night and day difference just by doing the rear (they were f'ed).
