Default 2007 jk wrangler auto gearing ?????

I'm sure this has been covered many of times but can't find a lot of regearing info for 3.8 automatics ,

I Ve got a 07 auto , I wanna run 33's , I'm not hardcore wheeler, it's not a daily drive but do low kms - prob 7000 - 8000 kms a year - it's for summer fun, and winter low grade trails , but who knows I guess, so far nothing extreme

My car - Jk unlimited other than 2.5 inch lift, it's a stocky
Plans would b to add bullbar, happy with 33's as I'm not sure if I want additional cost of extra lift etc if I go 35's

Currently I'm running 4.10's ( Dana 44 rear ,Dana 30 front ) this was a factory ratio in 2007 auto till they went to 3.73 in 08

I stuffed my front diff not long ago and car is sitting on blocks whilst I choose my path

My Dana 30 needs full pull down but Got a Dana 30 with 4.88 for mates rates ( a mate pulled it out and replaced it with a Dana 44 )

So Now that I have a front diff again , I ve got to decide whether I regear my rear diff to match my front 4.88 that I just got, or regear my front replacement diff to 4.10 to match my existing

Any suggestions, tips etc on drivability ?

Will I be running to high revs with 4.88 , especially on freeways etc , will my shift patterns be all over the place

Anyone out there got an 2007 auto running 4.88 with 33's ?.

Found some info on 3.6 auto (2012 models) but not much on 3.8

Kinda new to the jeep thing , so any help most appreciated

Thanks

My only experience with the 3.8 was when we hired a Rubicon in Hawaii a few years ago. That was the 3.8 auto and had 4.1 ratios and the yanks give their Rubicon's slightly larger tyres (not quite 33's but getting there). I thought it drove well. It ran out of puff a bit at freeway speeds but it was lively enough at lower speeds. Others will undoubtedly have more experience with re-gearing but for me I'd think you risk running at very high revs at freeway speeds if you re-gear to 4.88's, even with 33's. The 4.88's will give you more control in technical off road work but that doesn't seem to be where you heading with this. For a DD that does moderate occasional off road work I think I'd be sticking to the 4.1's.
