Dropped the engine oil and changed the filter too after finding one of the CCV hoses disconnected. Checked the CCV hoses (no blockages). Changed the air filter. Changed the Tfr case oil too while I was at it.

I had my Wrangler GSA's fitted to my new alloys yesterday, can you believe that the idiots put them on the wrong way round, they had the white writing facing in which meant they had the label "this side must face inwards" facing outwards...... Now for some longer wheel studs and they are on.....

trimmed some plastic off the front of the front mud guards/bumper so when my 31's tuck up they don't chew them up.

also grinded the lip on the bump stop holders smoother because when my springs let go and re-seat they made an awful clanging sound, now it's nice and smooth.

Did it in the bush with a generator it was much easier to get the spring out when it was flexing.

Got back from another 8 days away and put in a new idler pulley as the old one was making a lot of noise. Got it from Repco and they got it up to Darwin fairly quick, in that it was there when I went to pick it up.

Went to a couple of scrap metal yards, looking for some old wire mesh, like from the old flyscreens, to make a semi phantom grill. Think it might look trick as...
