Illumination dimmer wire
Hi I'm installing a aftermarket Radio And was just wondering
If there is a illumination dimmer wire If so then what colour is it

Haven't done it myself (yet) but I believe that the dimmer wire is the orange one on the standard stereo plug - there is also one on the door harness, but dont have a pic of that one as I'm looking to hook into the stereo for the switches (when I can get off my lazy ar5e and get to it lol)

Just another question if I was to Spice up to this wire
Could it cause any problems with the canbus system
Or am I just better off leaving this function off

I looked into it should be fine To use the Orange cable

I can't remember which one it is, but I hooked into it on the ceter switches for my sPod and some other switches that it replaced.
