Default How important is Scrub Radius??

Looking for some new wheels for the WG. I am thinking the Wrangler 5 spokes will be what I end up with, but I saw these the other day. They are from a 2013 GC. Looked into the sizing which highlighted a difference in the scrub radius.

Does anyone know what the scrub radius is as standard on the WG, and if it changed by -12mm would that matter??

Probably get away with it, but preferably the correct wheel offset should always be used.

I've driven around 90.000km with 42mm spacers on my old WG and 30.000km with 35mm spacers on the new WG, the tire wear is ok, front bearings and ball joints never complained, Moog tie-rod ends lasted 60.000km.

I can't comment on handling too much, with the Addco rear sway bar it's been just fine on twisty roads, I like keeping momentum around turns
My wife doesn't enjoy it as much though

I've been running JK 17" rims on my 2003 WG V8 with 245/70/17 Yokohama tyres and have not had a problem with them rubbing on or off road.

I'm probably going to have those very rims available for free in a few days if you're in Melbourne and would like them.

Well there's an offer I can't go refuse. I will send you a PM.

Cheers, Rob.
