Those codes are covering a lot of things and I would say it's probably a power supply problem, get the battery load checked and replace it with a proper rated battery for the CRD, they do need one with grunt, check your cable clamps also. The battery can cause numerous problems which seem unrelated to it and once replaced all is good, hopefully thats the case here.

P0190
P0235
P1608
P1685
P2120
P2125

Many thanks!
Here is the overview of the codes:

P0115-ENGINE COOLANT TEMP SENSOR CIRCUIT SIGNAL VOLT- AGE TOO LOW or HIGH

P0190-FUEL PRESS SENSOR CIRCUIT MALF SIGNAL VOLTAGE TOO LOW or HIGH

P0235-BOOST PRESSURE SENSOR SIGNAL VOLTAGE TOO LOW or HIGH (Couple of other items too, but I'm starting to see a trend here.)

P1608-A/D CONVERTER ERROR APP SENSOR GROUND FAILURE
P1608-A/D CONVERTER ERROR INTERNAL FAILURE
P1608-A/D CONVERTER ERROR VOLTAGE FAILURE

P1685-SKIM SYSTEM INVALID SECRET KEY IN EEPROM
P1685-SKIM SYSTEM WRITE ACCESS TO EEPROM FAILURE

P2120-ACC PEDAL POSITION SENSOR 1 CKT PLAUSIBILITY WITH BRAKE SWITCH
P2120-ACC PEDAL POSITION SENSOR 1 CKT SIGNAL VOLTAGE TOO HIGH
P2120-ACC PEDAL POSITION SENSOR 1 CKT SUPPLY VOLTAGE TOO HIGH OR LOW

2125-ACC PEDAL POSITION SENSOR 2 CIRCUIT PLAUSIBILITY (WITH SENSOR 1 CIRCUIT)
P2125-ACC PEDAL POSITION SENSOR 2 CKT SIGNAL VOLTAGE TOO HIGH
P2125-ACC PEDAL POSITION SENSOR 2 CKT SUPPLY VOLTAGE TOO HIGH OR LOW

To me it says battery or other electrical system problem which is creating a low voltage situation.

Hi all,

I installed a new battery but still the Jeep didn't rev:
http://www.tayna.co.uk/Type-019-Vart...ery-P3127.html

Checked all fuses and seem ok.

The notion of taking it to the main dealers is killing me.
Independent specialists in East London are nowhere as per my enquiries.

Getting depressed and frustrated now.
Sorry about this!!

I am still optimistic that you're going to show me the way to fix the problem, thus, I await for more advise and guidance.

Thanks alot!

Can you get the codes cleared and start again, see if something in particular is still outstanding. When it's not revving how are you doing it. Have you tried to see if it will drive in reverse or 1st gear or just in "D". Wondering if the gearbox is in limp mode or whether the issue is engine related. I believe in some limp mode situations the box will drive when manually selected, although you are not showing any trans codes.

you could also try a couple of key start cycles to see if the ECU hasn't cleared the fault yet if just low voltage. Sometimes it takes a couple of successful key cycles for certain fault codes to clear and I am presuming the MIL light is still lit during all this.

Wouldn't hurt to also check that your earths are solid.

Your alternator may be stuffed which caused the battery to fail and consequently generating what I suspect to be a low voltage problem.

What does the volt meter read when the car is running, is it up at 14 volts?

Try the pedal position sensor -

P2120-ACC PEDAL POSITION SENSOR 1 CKT PLAUSIBILITY
When Monitored: With the ignition on.
Set Condition: The Accelerator Pedal Position Sensor Signal is below 1.6% or above 17.6%
and the idle switch is not in the correct state. NOTE: The idle switch is designed to
transition when the accel position is approximately 16% (1.00 volt). This code sets the ECM
to Limp-in Mode, which includes a fixed engine speed of 1100 RPM.

P2125-ACC PEDAL POSITION SENSOR 2 CKT SUPPLY VOLTAGE TOO HIGH OR
LOW

When Monitored: With the ignition on.
Set Condition: The Accelerator Pedal Position Sensor 5-Volt Supply voltage is above 5.1
volts or below 4.9 volts.
POSSIBLE CAUSES
ACCELERATOR PEDAL POSITION SENSOR
ECM - 5-VOLT SUPPLY CIRCUIT
SENSOR GROUND OPEN (APP SENSOR)
INTERMITTENT CONDITION
5-VOLT SUPPLY OR SENSOR REFERENCE VOLTAGE A CIRCUIT OPEN
APP SENSOR SIGNAL CIRCUIT OPEN
5-VOLT SUP OR SENSOR REF VOLTAGE A CIRCUIT SHORTED TO THE SENSOR GROUND CIR-
CUIT
APP SENSOR SIGNAL CIRCUIT SHORTED TO GROUND
5-VOLT SUPPLY OR SENSOR REF VOLTAGE A CIRCUIT SHORTED TO GROUND

i suggest simply removing the gear from limp mode by visiting the stealership. yet, do not "fix" any thing, just clear the codes and reset it.
Now hope that the problem will vanish. if not, you can start further digging the gear connections.

In my case the above procedure was enough, i.e. new battery, visit a MB gear to reset the gear and: walla, every thing is back to normal
