Default '19 Wrangler JL 4x4 shifter question

Thinking of buying a '19 Wrangler Sahara from my local dealer. Jeep has about 30K miles on it. The only mechanical issue I noticed is that the 4x4 shifter is much stiffer going into 4x4 high than the one on our '17 JK Wrangler Unlimited Sport or even our '98 Grand Cherokee ZJ. Is this normal for the JL?

It may be something as simple as the shifter hasnt been used...ie: vehicle has had little to no 4x4 use...and simply needs lube and use...have had that in older vehicles....always hoping for the free/ easy fix.

My JT requires some effort to shift from 4H to 4L, sometimes getting it back to 4H is a struggle, as the manual says it is easier to shift into and out of 4L while the vehicle is rolling at walking pace.
