What sort of mileage are you seeing? I’m getting anywhere from 10-12l/100 at the moment.

Replaced the hose from the power steering reservoir to the pump. Second CRD, identical failure as the first. Dang

I changed the transfer case switch for the second time in two weeks. I had trouble with it two years ago. It took me months back then to figure out then that the Dorman part was faulty and a Mopar one fixed it. The annoying thing was it took too long to figure it out and I couldn't get and refund.

Fast forward to now and I started getting errors again. Silly me ordered a Dorman from RockAuto. A week in and the error started again. This time I was straight onto RockAuto and got a store credit.

Just installed a PT Auto Warehouse TCS-64 - Transfer Case Switch from Amazon. It had good reviews (the Dorman had bad). So far so good.

Note to self... Never again a Dorman transfer case switch.

Finally found time to massage the fenders to make room for the new tires. The plastic trim piece is cut, so only the side facing out remains and the fender is bent in:

I've also started to build 25mm bumpstop extensions and cut 15mm spring spacers.

The Cooper STT Pro's I've bought are 25mm larger in diameter than the same size BFG Muds I've used for testing, so I need to see what I'll do for the front...

Front seats out, swapped over with a set of seats I believe were out of a WJ that I have had sitting in the shed for years. Might end up putting my ZJ base back on though because it actually has working heaters in them!
Gave it all a good go with the vacuum cleaner while they were out at least.
