I’m in Brisbane but I have heard the Watagans are good and I do have a friend in Newcastle. Our main use of the Trailhawk will be for towing dirt bikes to dirt/MX tracks and my track bike to race tracks.

Depreciation always kills especially if you only keep a vehicle short term, so yeah we plan to keep it long term 👍

Looks like the only colour option I have at the moment if I don't want to wait is Graphite Crystal. That's actually my second favourite colour after the Velvet Red but we were going to go with Billet Silver as the darker colours show up dust/dirt etc a lot more. Guess I'll just have to put more effort into keeping it clean than our current vehicle (silver D-Max)

As you are an existing owner, can you tell me how the rear seat aircon vents are controlled? I've been looking through owner manuals that I've downloaded and it doesn't say anything about the rear. If the split controls are in use in the front, does the rear passenger get the same aircon settings as the seat they are behind? The pics I've seen only seem to show controls for air direction.

The only reason I will be concerned about depreciation is if we end up have enough trouble with it that I want to sell it. We intend to keep it long term so depreciation for us is not that relevant. If worried about depreciation, you wouldn't buy new, you would get an ex-demo or one with very low km only a year or two old.
