What do you guys think would be the better a 40 L bladder type tank or a 40 L footwell tank either a Front runner or Boab. I normally carry a 20 Plastic Gerry of water plus a few bottles, but want to utilise space a little better.
I’ve been toying with the idea of mounting a water tank on the outside, below the spare tyre and in between the two exhaust silencers. Haven’t measured yet to see what size tank will fit in but a 40 litre should be able to fit.
I have a thing against using mounted tanks for anything other than washing/cooking water so I like the blubag units, can squeeze them into many places:
