It's a CRD auto as well, so I'm aware there's a fair bit of weight on the front with the bullbar. No winch though (yet).
Just finished playing with mine. It took a couple of tries to get the front end right but Shane was a great help.

I've got 460/475 in the rear which gave lower rim/guard measurements of around 825mm-830mm and bump stop measurements of 190mm. By Shane's figures that was about a 60mm lift. For me that was about a 75mm lift as the original springs had sagged a bit.

Started with 525/540 in the front but that was too low. Now got 555/570 and that gives lower rim/guard measurements of around 825-830mm and bump stop measurements of around 140mm. According to Shane that's about a 50m lift, so still a little down in the front but I'm happy with that. It means it'll sit flat when the rear is loaded up which is OK.

All of this is on a 4dr CRD auto and I don't have any steel bars or winches. Shane said that mine took far longer front springs than expected for some reason. To get a 2" lift on mine (without a bar) I've ended up with springs that he would have expected to use to get a 3" lift on a CRD with a bar. No idea why but I would certainly say you need longer front springs. Your rear springs are only 15mm shorter than mine but your front springs are 75mm shorter than mine and you have to account for the extra weight of the bar. Have a go at measuring your bump stop measurements (metal to metal, not just to the rubber stoppers) and then speak to Shane and I've no doubt he'll be able to sort some more springs out.
