Inj are easy to pull out but make sure you release fuel rail press first, pull pump relay & crank engine till its runs out of fuel.

will pull out the injectors maybe 2moro as i dont have a comp tester and im hoping its injectors haha this 1 cylinder that did not change when i pulled off the coil pack plug seemed that the spark plug was wet, could this be the sign of a leaky injector?

is it only the bolts on the inj rail that hold in the injectors? how do the inj plugs come off asin hold a certain way dont want them to break ect any other hints?

Yep just those bolts, the inj are sealed with special o-rings top & bottom.
If plugs wet it either means inj is dribbling or plug not firing.
You could test coil & plug as unit, just remove plug, reconnect coil, earth threaded section of plug & crank over engine & observe if theres a spark.
