TIPM driving me crazy

Hi guys,

have had an issue in my 2010 JK 3.8 where by the aircon doesn't blow cold, the indicators come on solid yellow when I press the break as well as some dash light errors. Pretty sure it is TIPM related so bought one for the same year from the wreckers. Put it in today and no power going anywhere! Decided it must have been DOA so put the old TIPM back in to at least have a working car but then the same things happens no power anywhere with the one that was just working! I did swap some relays around but I replaced these back correctly to original config im 99% sure.

Followed you tube video on how to replace the TIPM and I'm just not sure how this could happen, disconnecting the battery was the first thing I did to ensure I didn't short anything out. Now I have no working car for easter weekend

Any thoughts would be appreciated
