You could try the run up or down duck creek road from up near oriellys just out of canungra great scenery and depending on if it has been maintained recently can be a fun drive

There's a track up Coombabah Creek off Smith St in Pacific Pines. Some guys have said they got stuck there with 35s in some big mud pits but you can take chicken tracks if you just wanna do a recce. Depends on rain of course.

You can do Ormeau... you will only be able to drive the main ring road, side tracks are now closed... have driven in there for over 10 years, but all the good stuff is gone, still will be able to have a little fun though, Upper ormeau rd is where you need to go...

Try Logan Pine Forest, decent tracks here. Just S-W of Ormeau. Try this address on google maps.
1645–1651 Waterford Tamborine Road
Logan‎ Queensland‎ 4207
Australia
