Default Kk lift

Murchison’s kit is Kings Springs, the ones from Kings directly could just be the same as those originally made for Murchison as they are the local pioneers for KK suspension upgrades.

Their shocks were Old Man Emu originally but I believe they changed over to Bilstein a number of years ago. If not Bilstein it is definitely a top brand as per all of their lift kits.

A search of the AJOR KK forum will find most KK owners fitted their lift, all with great results.

I ended up ringing King Springs to ask and they were great with all my questions.

I have the Old Man Emu 50mm lift kit and its superb.
No issues with driveline angles or vibrations.
Excellent on road and off , very comfortable ride . Really tightened up the handling and no issues at all after over 150,000k including a few big trips Simpson etc.

Did you go the Kings spring route?

I traded my JK on a 2012 Cherokee Limited Jet yesterday and as my "off road" driving is on soft beaches, I need to get a 2" lift plus 17" rims and appropriate tyres when cash is available.

Default Murchison Lift kit.

Murchison / CRDSTU lift kit, with Bilstein shocks.
Was all in the car when I got it, so I didn't 'choose' it....

I have UNEEK bullbar and a winch.
I love it. Better than the Pedders kit I put in my Pathfinder.

Yes, I know I have a split ball joint boot.... See my other post on JBA order, Combined Shipping!
