Mine is bare....not black powder coated....it needs to be painted, I ordered it bare as I want to colour match.
Maybe I'll wait till I can get the new PS wide crusher flares and colour match the lot, lol.

Nope....haven't stuck the visors around to the side, but I think they'll be fine....I'll try them and let you know.

I know Wranglers are good, but 27 degrees south - 077 degrees west is a spot in the Pacific Ocean about 320 nautical miles off the coast of Chile......
I like the decal, though.....looks good.

Ah, that would make sense as to why the screws that came with it were not black (had to spray paint them), guess they ship the bare screws regardless.

Had to replace starter motor and managed to get one cheap from the dealer. What supposed to take 1hr or so, took me 4hrs. Because, one bolt stripped, and the plastic battery terminal on the starter disintegrated so had to saw the bolt in half and then go buy new bolts for new starter. PITA.

Changed the battery connectors with nice brass ones.

As result of the stress from the above, I treated myself to a set of 285x70x17 Hankook Dynapro ATM tyres.

If you look closely, there is a cross which is supposed to be those coordinates in Chile. They must be off slightly

It was a pain to apply and the missus was helping by trying to unstick some of the decal with tweezers as I was taking off the backing.

She accidently removed part of the Aleutian islands. She said "Oh well no one will notice". I said "Tell that to the blokes off Deadiest Catch!".

Thankfully I only had to do one side as the snorkel is in the way.

I checked the sunvisors......if you pull them down to the vertical before you swing them sideways, then its all good.
Try to swing them sideways while you pull them down and they hit the grab handles.
Not really an issue, the sunviser is still usable to the side window.
