Dana 30 Axle and pinion seals. Prick of a job.
Everything is so sharp inside hahaha cut the hell out of my hands.

Finally got around to changing my rear control arms
Only problem now is that the trackbar its rubbing on my genrite tank!!!
Need to roll the upper arms forward about 5mm to get the trackbar away from the tank!!!

Plus you can see the bodgie I had to do as the battery hold down nut had broken off.
The untidy wiring job is previous owner and it'll need to be sorted ... It's on the list

Installed new front left uni joint. It's only 10,000km or so old but something was making a nasty clicking noise from that area when in 4wd with torque applied.

Took me only 40 minutes including getting out and packing up all my tools.

It's encouraging that it's really quite easy to do when everything isn't extremely tight and rusted. Last time took me ages. Copper coat is awesome stuff.

I put a 800CA Red top in mine when I fitted the winch. Couldn't believe the difference it it made.

I have one in my TJ and left the in dash DVD player playing music videos for over 24 hours by mistake. Got in thinking I might have to get the jumper leads and it stated immediately.

CRD JK timing belt and water pump...
Then finish off with removing 2 seized injectors..
Why do I spend my days off working on other peoples JK's...
