Default tj opda

hi everyone, i finally found a tj auto in my price range(i haven't bought it yet)
it's a 2006 model.
but the engine light is on, cam and crank sensor fault code comes up.
this came up as the seller was getting the roadworthy done. so it's a new problem.
could it be the opda?
should i be concerned?
it looks to be a pretty easy fix, i just need to get the upgraded crown opda and replace it.
anyone has done it?
also can i use my odb2 adaptor and torque lite on a 2006 tj?
thanks

I’d be concerned whether it was a correlation fault caused by timing chain stretch.
