I have had my JK for just over a week and I have clocked up just under 1500km - it will be good to travel at normal highway speed

I have already managed to scratch the paint but I'm sure it won't be for the last time.

So far I have fitted Slush Mats and Mastercraft Grab Handles for the front and left rear passenger seats and I have purchased a fire extinguisher and a rear cargo/dog barrier net but they're not yet fitted. I also picked up a spare Wesfil Air Filter.

Quite a way to go before it will be as I want it but I'm making progress.

Finally found a decent trans cooler for the crd, one that fits in the grille, write up next week. Also, begun work on the rear winch, perfect spot for the Anderson plug mount is where the US number plate bracket is.

Picked up my new CRD Unlimited last Tuesday, had the MOPAR/Jeep front winch bar and rear steel bar installed by the dealer.

I fitted a Premier 9000lb winch on the weekend. Looks pretty sweet, had to machine 3mm off the bolt heads for the fairlead because the winch mounted too close to fit. Also had to fab a bracket up to mount the controller (are they supposed to come with one?? Mine didn't.)

Now i am thinking about lights and maybe something with the front end to bring it back up to level.

Still have to fit my UHF, not sure where i want the aerial though...

Can anyone tell me how to put photos up so they appear in full size (like part of the post instead of attachments)?

Nice work - love the cheesy grin too. Cant fake that!

Post your pics to something like photobucket then link to them (using the picture link button). Or, go back and edit your post and link to the attachments
