Changed the O2 sensor on the CRD, now seeing 9L per 100km (Hwy) on dash. That's with 245/75/17 A/T Wranglers! & I actually travel 104km for every 100km on the dash. That's about 1 litre better then I have ever got (using dodgy jeep trip metre ).
Heading to Philip Island in a couple of weeks, will get a better idea of fuel economy then.

His is a HEMI also, when I did mine, I did a full flush and ended up using around 17 quarts (iirc) to have 13 clean quarts inside. If half flush, I reckon 6 or 7 quarts is enough, as there's no wastage.
Ok, I think I over filled mine by 2 litres, re-did it today & will get the dealer to check on Thursday(stupid idea no dip stick). Have ordered a B&M deep pan and temp gauge & I think I will make up a dip stick to leave in the tube.
