Default Update ECU

Finally dragged the XJ out of storage after what seems like years and the Ecu (being the initial issue with the alarm dying) has vanished. It would appear also that the Keyless entry system isn't working based on what I have written in notes. My question is How much and where would I be able to get a ECU, the PCB in the roof and the 2 keyfobs for a late (update) 1997 XJ sport?
Cheers All

I believe the Oz export '97s had a unique immobiliser system

That would generally infer you need a '97 PCM, skim module and ignition lock

There is a few specialists, one I see on Gumtree who advertise the set, so he must know what he is talking about

In addition, apparently there is a correct order to install and power up the SKIM module and PCN, or they will reject each other

You would have to search the forums for that

if you check Google, you will find a PCM rebuild service in USA or sell you a programmed PCM, you could email them

either way, its a tricky one

We still have a couple of sets of fobs and RKE we collected.
97 is a bitch year.

Got a couple of 97 card and remote combos here too (Victoria) if you get stuck . Once again pain of a year of the Jeep as electrical is different to every year surrounding it
