Default Traction control light

I have a 06 GC 3.0 CRD Overland that seems to do some strange stuff. The traction control light with come on a dry tar seal sometimes when traveling in a straight line or a slight left hand turn . It can happen at any speed making it cut the throttle response( the engine keeps running but just won't rev) But if you turn the traction control off the problem goes away and it behaves as it should. I have had a Launch CP129 Scan tool plugged into it and there seems to be no codes . Does anyone have any ideas. I have thought in could be a wheel speed sensor but there's no codes preset. Any help would be great.

Maybe check your wheel bearings. If they are on their way out, it can set off the sensors because they aren't tracking in a straight line.
