behind the top theres a length of angle iron that goes about half way across the bar bolted to the bar and the bar bracket, at the bottom theres a gusseted 120 x 120 angle with rubber bolted between it and the big reinforced lump with the hole in it (best way to describe ?? it ) the main bits of the carrier are made from 40 x 80 x5 rhs with the gusset 25 x25 x3 rhs the main brackets are made from 150 x40 x 5 rhs with angle iron welded on as the pivot

I'll be starting on mine this week, Thursday probably, ordered a blank flangeless hub and spindle for the pivot today. It will be a whole replacement bar and carrier though. I'll try and put up some design specs later this week.

Cheers
Steve
