Wink

Looks great a nice sharp design fits well up the side, can't wait till mine is fitted.

I know the petrol was a tight squeeze to get in and the diesel just has that little bit more room under the bonnet.

Well done guy's.

Bugz how lucky were you to have it fitted, they are going to supply the kit to me so I can fit it in.

So as what you were saying 12hrs,2 slabs and a BBQ plus a whole weekend to fit it sounds like what I'm in for.

I pick it up on Monday plus the 400 hundred page fitting instructions.DOH....

I ordered the Safari snorkel with my car...they said $650 installed.

My dealer has asked Air flow about this one...$605 RRP plus fitting of 7 - 8 hours @ $83/hour = $1083!! Easier to install it myself i think!

Still want some under bonnet shots...plus if anyone can do a write up!!??

Would also like to hear what the performance and noise is like on both snorkels. I have ordered a Stage 2 chip, so don't want a decrease in airflow!

Thanks
Karl

Love the AEV one as its functional, looks factory due to the square lines and non instrusive and a very easy install. I will be waiting for this one after seeing the panel butchering required to fit the Safari and possibly the airflow. The less intrusive the better IMHO. Just my 2c worth.
