Default Annoying rattle/clunk

Can't for the life of me put my finger on the problem. Before I swapped my transfer case, as I would take off in first, down low you could here a shake rattle sound from the rear underbody. Like diff or shaft or something. And also when taking off around a corner ( coming out of side street or driveway) but not whilst actual speed is up. Once I put my new transfer case in it went away. I had to take case back off a few weeks afterwards coz one of the seals was leaking. And now the rattle/clunk sound is back. I thought something might not be lined up right so loosened bash plate and re tightened. Same with the rear shaft and the 4 nuts holdin t/c to bash place. Each time giving car and under body parts a good shaking. But noise is still there

I have a tow bar. Not sure if its factory though.

Some ideas so far have been re grease the slip yoke and check if the exhaust is hitting anything.

In some cases the rear tail pipe will move in excess under a load which can bang against the hitch, have some watch as you place the initial load on the driveline.

Yeah looked like exhaust. It's very close to the body so I'm going to mod it this weekend. It's currently got one of those absolutely stupid exhaust clamps that leak. So going to make a new cat back system. If still have issues I'll check t/c linkage
