HI, am looking to buy a new Limited or S-Limited before 30-June. Wondering what others have been paying for these models lately? Don't want to get hosed on the price of course.

Would like at least 4 yrs warranty so mid-2019 onwards. Am assuming there'd be some 30 June sales but I find the whole game around pricing tedious. Be great to just know what people have recently bought new/demo cars so I can cut to the chase on the negotiation.
Not looking for rock bottom - the salesman has to make a living too. Just don't want to pay too much - especially given a new model may be out next year.
