Installed a fuel door today. Was a bit of a bitch to get the original out and the new on in, but the installation itself was straight forward. Came up trumps.

Pretty good quality for Chinese made. Even the instructions had a low-res Mopar logo. Classic.

What's on the inside now? Same key lock and everything?

They don't come with a lock in stock form. All you do is:

Remove the taillight assembly and disconnect
Lever out the original plastic housing
Install new housing and original rubber grommet
Screw in door plate to new housing

You can buy a model of the aftermarket door, but I chose not to get one of those.

[QUOTE=MRGC;1453165]A few poser pics when we went for a quick wheel.

[QUOTE]

Looks the good MRGC! What size tyres and lift are you running? Im guessing they are stock wheels but with spacers? Also is that an AEV rack that bolts to the rollcage, if so can you still remove the roof easily?

cheers mate, again love the look of it!

35" and 3" lift suspension stuff springs, bilstien 5100 shocks and the rest are AEV gear(hi steer, drop control arm bracket, track bars).
The rack is a Frontrunner mounts to the hardtop easily can be removed.

35's on stock wheels...is it legal? A tyre place near me didnt want to put 285/75/17's on let alone those things! What exact size is it?

cheers for the info, i like the AEV suspension stuff (actually most AEV stuff!)

might have to look into that rack too, thanks again and sorry for all the questions.
