I have seen this on a long trip in summer fully loaded. 3 tyres warm, other one hot. In normal driving its not a problem. Just in more extream conditions can be an issue.
More of a problem is the likelihood of belt/cord damage associated with the original puncture. I have had bumps appear in tyres near a puncture after a repair. If you are just running the kids to school around town, probably it wont be an issue. If you are towing a van around Australia, best not even put it on the back.
