I like the mounting system on the commander looks robust, but i must say I'm more than happy with the rhino rack setup i have.

Naice! Do they do a full flat rack also?

I think they do. If the price is like a WK one then expect $1300

Oval steel: $1072 (35kg); Oval Alloy: $1321 (28kg).

Size is 1800mm long x 1300mm wide x 120mm high sides standard.

Load rating is 150kg

They bolt into the factory points after removing the factory rails, protrudes 250mm past the front bolting point.

Good find Clarky these are the best quality, robust roof racks for the WH I've seen. I currently have the small Rhino rack 1280 x 1065, load rating is only 68kg, once I put my kayak and 2 x 10l cans of fuel I'm nearly on the limit so can only place a few light items on.

The prices aren't too bad a Rhino is around a $1000+ and sits on a cross bar....certainly not as robust....these sit lower and look better

Anyway, I've decided to upgrade and ordered the Oval Alloy yesterday.

I still like the GOBI but without an Aussie retailer & $1800au + freight (quoted $800usd) its out of reach

Thanks Clarky...will give you some feedback in due course. Buying accessories from the USA was much better when our $ was stronger and better than the greenback.
