EGT temp, have dropped an average of 20c at 60k and 80k, at 100k up a local hill I used to hit 500c, today it hit 460c.
after driving around for an hour and giving it a good work out on the beach, I normally cant touch the intercooler pipes, they are too hot, today I was able to hold my hand of the pipes and they where only warm.
around town at 60k its now only boosting at 5psi opposed to 10psi,
100k its boosting at 10psi opposed to 15psi, so it doesn't appear to be working as hard as it was.
have noticed a huge difference in hills and its 0-60k time.
feels like I have gained 30% more power.
the dump pipe makes it sounds like its supercharged

I don't think my issue is fuse related now. It seems to coincide with opening and closing the bonnet. Because it was working again last night and then again today. But then it stopped again when I put the wipers on. But Now everything is working again. I had the bonnet open today to charge the batteries. Any ideas where I should have a poke? Or is it just one for the auto electrician? I will be getting him to diagnose the reverse lights at some stage, so it is going in anyway, just means more money if he has to diagnose both.
Regards A

When I had the rear bar and tyre carrier put on the original bumper bar was removed. This left a gap under the tail lights where the original end caps wrapped around.
I always felt this left an unattractive gap. To remedy this I've spent the last few days forming up and welding a couple of box sections to fill in the gap. I'm no GoJeep but was pleased with my efforts. Next few days will be about undercoating, rubbing back and painting.
I know, I know, most everyone else is removing metal and lower panels but this girl clears enough ground for me so I need these to fill that gap.

Installed Rough Country shackle relocators... landed a lot more lift than I had anticipated but they seem very nice. Will have to look into new shackles though, as the OEMs arent that suitable...
Also discovered that something has killed my front wheel studs on the passenger side... chipped threads and all... Thinking of knocking them out and pressing new ones in - anyone tackled this? The hubs are fairly new Timkens so I'd rather not replace the whole hub if I can avoid it!

Chipped threads is a worry, would like to see a pic. Could be a manufacturing fault. My concern is that the studs are faulty & brittle. Have a good look at the studs to make sure they are not cracking. The last thing you want is to loose a wheel.
If you have the old hubs you may be able to get the studs out of them.
