Adrian, what did your radiator cost to replace, did you fit it yourself?

I got lucky and found a Nissens radiator on sale and paid the equivalent of 300AUD. Replacement done by myself, not exactly difficult, I'd say time consuming.

What fuel rail pressure should I be getting? I'm around 280 bar. I thought it would not start until 300 bar.

Interested in this comment, as I think I may have done this... Do you mean, when drilling out the hole to put a helicoil in, that you drill too deep? Reason I ask, is that since roughly around the time I did this I've had a bad oil leak I can't trace...

Can anyone give me an insight into these injector test figures. Lower one is cold, other hot. Think they're supposed to be close to zero. Injector are only about 12mths 10000ks old. Tipping the pricks screw me on "new" injectors too. No wonder it blows smoke.
