Default Classic Not Plastic 2005

Ok after the success of this day in 2004 and due to some interest in a recent thread I think it is time to kick this off again

Location: ??? Open to suggestions but I am thinking Newnes/Zig Zag area
Could camp overnight or just a day trip ??

Date: No idea yet bring on the suggestions, I am a little stuck for time over the next month with the arrival of my 2nd child due any time from now but bring on the suggestions, I am thinking Late Feb or Early March.

Who's invited: well any Jeeper but the focus is for Jeeps made by Ford Willy's or AMC ie pre 1986

I also vote to make this a quarterly event

If we wait till after TT05 it'll be late april/early may. Not that it's a problem.

April also is the easter jeep safari, J5 and whatever other runs may be on so leave passes for those married with children types (like me and dave) may be hard to come by.

How's the end of march sound?

I'd prefer the overnight option as well. Location suggested is fine to me as well.

I guess you'll be putting your hand up as trip leader for this dave?

Yeah I know what you mean Brad.....I was just being greedy based on my personal schedule
If it's in March I'll do my best to attend - even if it's just for one day.....

You know there'll be plenty of people to help you get ready for TT around the local area if you need a hand.....

I'm being greedy too, to the point I want to attend all of them and by spreading them I might just pull it off.

I think we should look at this being a bi annual event, one for the guy's around sydney and maybe an east coast get together somewhere for the cane toads and mexicans.
