Sorry for the grave dig, but I like this thread.

MR Extreme, do you have that file still? Can you email me a copy to sales@custommustangs.com.au please?

Has anyone in VIC done this? Anyone in VIC interested in doing it as a paid job?

No apologies required. This thread started a revolution.
It took me and Krankieone a weekend to do mine.
BTW Krankieone has a Mustang. Just thought I would throw that in.
Its a bit rough round the nose of the guard. Panel beating it without prior experience is not an easy job. Had to fab up a battery bracket. Move around some electricals and hardware. ie: Washer bottle is aftermarket smaller unit, stock airbox wont fit after mod, cruise control module, Fuse box, aircon hard line reshaped etc etc. As a result the wiring is a bit mashed up under the bonnet. With all the light wiring, lokka lines, breather hoses bla bla bla. Small pidley shit like that. All of which if you bought an off the shelf unit would not be a problem cause the inner gaurd is made soit stays the same fctory position, only the outer gaurd moves up. The bonnet slice is still as we cut it. Didnt reweld the fld back into it for rigidity. What for, its fine. I'm in Doncaster if your ever in the area let me know your welcome to have a squiz.
