Default Drop boxes or adjustable arms

So I need to order drop boxes or adjustable upper and lower control arms.
My XJ is at 4.5" of lift
Anyone done drop boxes or arms or even both would love to hear your thoughts and what is a better set up

have both,
went for arms only first, was ok, but quite a harsh ride.
drop boxes made the ride much smoother.

Good luck with it.

I have both, works much better that way, you might catch the drop boxes with the 32's offroad, fine with the 35's on mine though.

Cheers

Drop brackets/boxes are very popular on the JK. I run them and love them. We can run both to gain the most benefit.

Default Drop boxes or adjustable arms

Thanks for your help, at this stage it has to be one or the other while I save for the rest, looks like it will be the boxes first then I will fit the adjustable arms.

Thats what I went with at that height, now I am eyeing off the adjustable arms to get my caster right. I got the rough country ones and they worked a treat, I havent had any issues getting hung up on them.

Am looking at drop boxes - does anyone have experience of Rocky Road general kit quality please?
