I just fitted 2012 wheel with AT on my 05 GC, new one is 265/65/18 (31”) Bfg AT Ko2. No rub at all but I had to install 30mm spacer and it definitely look good and aligned perfectly with body flare. See pic.

But I got one question! The computer thinks there is problem with wheels, how do I tell computer that wheels is all good? And adjust speedo?

Youll need a speedo correction module, theres a few available. Either stand alone programmers or some are even built into your tuner softwares such as superchips Flashpaq or Diablosport

Are you noticing that the front anti skid protection kicks in easier when going around sharp bends?

Ive always just turned traction control off when driving until I get the speedo correction software.

Thanks for info. I read somewhere in this forum that Superchips flashpaq doesn’t work on Aussie hemi? Anyone got it working on 5.7?

Any advice?

Nar they work OK. I have a 3875.

An old Flashpaq might need updating to the latest software, and sometimes new "additional features" (as Superchips refer to them) like controlling TPMS and the radiator fan don't work as advertised. When that happens they ask you to jump through a few hoops, which they refer to as something like "updating the calibrations for your vehicle".

I've always wondered what happens behind the scenes, but they basically ask you to connect the flashpaq to the car, then connect to a computer (via USB.) and run a sync on their (terrible.) software, which sends some info to Superchips. Then they do something and eventually ask you to run an update via the terrible software... then somehow the new feature works.

From what I've gathered, there are some differences between "batches" of export models which they can't cover in advance, so they need to rejig something whenever an unknown vehicle/batch comes along.

I've always found their support pretty good (especially via the forum.), although can sometimes take a bit of digging to to get/find a WH-specific answer amongst all the US stuff.

Oh also when you say "The computer thinks there is problem with wheels", do you mean you're getting ABS and/or ESP warnings?
Otherwise if you swapped the wheels without swapping the TPMS sensors, you'll probably get a warning from the TPMS since the computer can't read any tyre pressures.

Flashpaq can disable the TPMS (was a software update a couple of years ago.). Although mine started automatically re-enabling after the dealership reflashed the car (after TPMS was mandated in the US I guess.). The dealership needed to do some sort of "TPMS unlock" update, to allow devices like the Flashpaq to control it.

No Rubbing because you have now got a +26.4mm offset, you may experience some rubbing when flexing up the suspension off road. .

As James says Tyre Pressure Sensors need to suit to get rid of the warnings and some sort of programmer for tyre size, I use a Hypertech 752501, with the size programmed the traction control system settles down to only nuisance trigger when doing "U" turns.

Thank you all for excellent responses! Will look into it and find a way to program the car so no more wheel pressure warning. I’m also thinking of lift at later date. Perhaps 2”.
