Hi Joeb6000 that looks really great I think. Did you have to do the mods removing the headlight loops at cutting the holes yourself or did Wangara 4x4 do it for you? And did you need to re powdercoat after... Or just paint?
Also... What size and type of light bar is that... It is very low profile. Would there be anyway to mount it in that slit behind the number plate or is that needed for airflow?
Were wangara OK to deal with? I'm just waiting on Ironman to redesign a bit to suit Quadralift then I'll orde also... I was hoping for a way to fit a light bar lie yours AND some round spotties... Maybe these.

They are 9 inch round... Do you think they would fit under the middle loop and look ok... Or too big?
Cheers Justin

Hey Bendo,

4x4 Extras had a local panel beater cut the hoops and respray in matt black for $500. They did a neat job - you can't see where it was cut.

The slit in the front provides airflow to the radiator and transmission cooler so I'd say best not to restrict it. I got the LED from 4x4 extras too
http://www.4x4extras.com.au/aurora-s...ht-p-1007.html I don't think 9" lamps would fit within the hoop and if they did it could look a bit tight.

Shaun at 4x4 was great. He went above and beyond and held his quoted fitting prices. I'm going back there for some more work.

I checked again today with Ironman. They still havnt completed the modification to be able to make their bullbat fit the WK2 with Quadralift. I'll call again in a couple of weeks. Strange system.... You reckon they could take my number and call ME??!

Anyone seen one of these alloy bull bars by TJM in the flesh yet?

http://www.tjm.com.au/en-oceania/pro...tion=node/4314

The one disappointing thing is that when I contacted TJM at Brendale they advised that this bar is not suitable for the 2011 - 2013 Grand Cherokee. Apart from front cosmetics is there any real difference to the 2013 - 2016 models? I'm hoping this is not something that a competent installer couldn't overcome. Thoughts?

I had a 2012 prior to my 2014, the grill on the 2012 is a fair bit deeper and I think the crossmembers under the radiator etc are slightly different.
