Mate that's gunna look the goods........should work fine. Did you have them folded yourself or they a buy'n???

Yeah I had them folded myself then I cut them to shape. The part that bolts to the pinch is welded on to allow for variation and is slightly thicker with 5/16 nuts welded along the inside length. I've got splined 6mm nutserts for the Csk cap screws and the pinch bolts will go from the inside out so that all you'll see is the bolt heads from underneath along the pinch seam. This also leaves the inside of the seam free for tying in the mounts for the rock rails, and will will help spread any upward load that's put on them.

Yeah for sure! I've just spent the last 6 days off staying up through the night live streaming king of the hammers (200 gig of data and 3 cartons later) so I'm pretty motivated right now for some modifying

Wow mate, now that's worth it . KOH is awesome & full of huge Jeeps etc.... Even tho my CJ prob won't be ready for Coffs we will have our club projector/ huge screen with us so be ready with HD to plug in

Looks nice along the sill. Are the sliders going on the sill panels or going to the frame?
