We were quoted $2000 for the leather option back in late 2012 by the dealer.

Nah mate, I had the miss pleasure of watching a pair of idiots washing another customers car, clanging and banging high pressure guns all over it and scrubbing paintwork with stiff nylon brush FFS. So no, they don't get to touch my car at all as the average stealerships mechanical prowess is about the same.

Sounds like there is a general feeling of distrust and disappointment with dealings with the FCA dealers! I can only agree, from experience with the local dealer. They couldn't change the rope on a child's billy cart!
