MMM....The boy's call it "Project-Frankenstein" .....Is it a CJ, is it a TJ, is it a XJ

Yeah it's an Six frame (104" W.B.) with ZJ block, big port heads, dual plain manifold, big shot injectors, AW4 & NP231(Hack'n'tap SYE), XJ D30 & D44 both trussed, 4.88 gears'n'double locked. Outboard leafs, CJ7 fronts, XJ rear's total 4" lift and hope for 16"F/14"R travel, XJ P/Steer, stretched TJ tub, CJ7 windscreen & front clip, cowl etc. I'm building flat fender front guards and flat rear flares then all the bar work

Later this year a set of RCV's front and Hi-Chrome the D44 + I plan to build a doubler and get total 5.44:1 transfer reduction tho my main fear is the 30 ring'n'pinion and will it last more than 5mins

Not helping is waiting for gut surgery atm so could be the only thing slowing my Coffs campaign

I live for hard wheeling and I'm sick of bashing up XJ's so it's been my dream to build this truck

I have sent him some of our mags covering the rock crawling etc to give him an idea of what we have. I suggested coming over for Tuff Truck.

Sorry Mate I only have a spare housing for next build. I reckon the F8.8 is far better but I've already had this debate on AJOR recently.
MMM.....weapon maybe or not. So tuning the chassis's stiffness/flex, shock'n'spring rates + the best tyre pressures will take a few trips tho I think I've got it right but who knows till I get it out there.....I'm still learning lol

Enough about mine, you got any updates on yours???
