well the engine is in the rear and look at the angle and how high its sitting, the COG would be head height.

Must be for some American motorsport. Can see some monster truck tyres used as obstacles so it seems like a (break away ) sport is developing. Would be heaps of fun i reckon. Imagine a couple of them going side by side around and obstacle coarse. Funny as.
