I am going to lengthen the holes about 1/4" more so I have plenty of castor.

You completely missed the key statement in my explaination.

You still cannot adjust up the caster more on the left side(or drop the caster back on the driver's side.)...without twisting the diff housing.

Spotted jpboyy yesterday on belmore rd. Looks better in person . Ran the jeep today to keep the battery running since she has been garaged due to work commitments.

Sent from my BlackBerry 9700 using Tapatalk. Still no internet at home.

Thanks junglejuice. i will give them a try. I think the balljoint option is easiest for me.
Next time i get a wheel alignment i will go where i can get a printout of the wheel alignments before and after.
I guess i am sceptical about the work performed when i'm told i need wedges to correct the camber problem and have no caster adjustment ( wedges are for leaf springs LOL ).
i am well aware with a fixed axle housing that there needs to be a bit of a comprimise between both left and right hand caster angles.

Normally shims are used in the front for caster adjsutment and there is only two methods for correcting camber issues (assuming nothing is worn) 1st is the bend the housing method and the 2nd is offset balljoints.....

Offset balljoints will allow this sort of adjustment or more accurately termed, "correction"....

I found that pushing the passenger wheel 10mm forward of the drivers side ie left wheel base 10mm longer than right. helped with the pulling to one side. I can not say that it cured the problem but it is no longer an issue for me- no where near as bad.
do need adjustable uppers and lower arms.
I also figured out how to convert a word file into a .jpg So here is a diagram of a fuse block I made up for myself for a 95 xj. with amperage and function for each circuit.
