Default Winch mounting suitability

Anyone know the suitability of mounting a winch on the steel MOPAR front bumpers with the chrome side bars that came fitted as part of the Urban Pack on the '08 JK Wranglers?

On Oz JK's the airbags are in no way related to the front bumper. It's all done with an accelerometer under the centre console. If you take the front bumper off you'll find no wires, nothing electric (other than the horn) up there.
