Took the thermostat housing off again and into the oring boys. .Its a BS133v75 viton oring.$3.00!Fits all 2011-19 WKs,These orings tend to weep when cold only. Also remember when changing to bleed air out of the system by way of the bleed valve on top of the housing.

Good outcome.
To digress slightly, I had my A/C condenser replaced today by an A/C & Rad specialist and although my third party extended warranty covered the new unit and the labour ($1247) it didn't cover 2 new O rings, essential for the job. I forked out $50 each for OEM rings. With the car in the repairer's workshop and the A/C dismantled, I had no choice.
O rings are obviously a little gold mine for Jeep.

Every single part someone is stupid enough or forced to buy from a dealership is a gold mind to them. With some parts having 1000%+ mark up's..

Fill the Oring groove with silicone & then place the Oring in it letting the excess silicone come out, then bolt it up, excess as well it wont leak!
