Default Front Drive shaft UJ gone again ?

2007 JKU CRD 165,000km (2.5" lift)
3 years back discovered pinon bearings were worn via vibration.
Took off front drive shaft & found U-Joint was sized and articulated only one-way, so got it replaced (tack welded in) at local drive shaft specialist.
Took off shaft again couple of days back, due to CV joint rubber split at steel banding, but discovered U-Joint seized as before, just after 3years & approx. 19,000km ?
No movement felt on pinion bearings so hope all OK.
Could it be the after market UJ I got fitted, or owing to the 2.5" lift maybe ?
Anyone else had same issue ?
Undecided to get UJ replaced again (with Spicer this time) along with new CV
or get complete new drive shaft from Rock Auto ?

Depending on the angles you're chasing, you can also achieve similar diff housing rotation with adjustable control arms.

Thanks for reply's
Got standard AEV 2.5" lift with correction brackets which has been on for 7 years.
Will go down the the drive shaft shop tomorrow and get prices for new 'Spicer' UJ tack welded in & CV joint rubber or complete replacement, not sure what is on offer for that.
Can get complete shaft from Rock Auto delivered to the door, including our extortionate sales tax of 20% for £650 $1225 Aust. Dollars

Looks like it will be prudent to unbolt & check the UJ for articulation every year !

£145 ($270) for new Spicer UJ & rubber CV boot / greased + rebalance.
Yes it will be a yearly inspection of the UJ.

I wonder if later model JK's come with serviceable UJ's or is it just earlier models like mine ?

Picked up the refurbed front shaft this morning.
New Spicer UJ with a grease nipple tack welded in, plus new 'Can' as they called it at the CV end.
Will fit it Saturday and test it out.
Will have to invest in some sort of Grease gun as never had any form of greaseable UJ's before

Well fitted it today as sunny & dry.
However, the replacement 'can' with rubber boot on the CV proved to be no good. Too narrow and too deep compared with the original.
With the angle from CV end to UJ allowing the steel banding on the boot to contact the edge of the can in all but the width of a paper card.
Took it off and will take back to see if they can fit something else.
If not, may have to look at after market replacement whole CV joint.
Well I suppose it was good practice in doing stuff yourself and helps to appreciate the PIA it must be for auto mechanics at times.

UPDATE
Drive shop sourced correct shallower 'can' for CV joint same as stock.
Fitted front shaft yesterday tested out on road up to 65 mph (105km) and in low range on local grass parking lot seems OK no vibrations.
Will give it further test out up to 70+mph (115km) just to make sure.
Handy having a local drive shaft specialist, beats the hell out of having to purchase a full new replacement
