Sorry only just saw the thread - some may think these silly suggestions - only oyu can judge as you kinow how badly they are damaged.
Wrought copper - light and easy to solder. Runs through various angles and the fittings are slightly flared so they let you cut the turbo hose and act as an anchor for the hose clamps.
Allows an effective patch and can make a whole hose.
They can also be filled with very dry sand and bent quite succesfully through the lesser angles without collapsing - an old plumbing technique - significantly reduce the liklihood of crimping on the inside of the bend. Needs to be heated to annealing temperatures to permit bending tho.
This is light gauge tubing and how turbo lines used to be done.
You can buy it readily in appropriate diameters and through 15, 30, 45 and 90 degree angles giving 135 degree kinks, 150 degree incl angles etc.
Short silicon sections from supercheap etc will do the rest and can sometimes replace the copper.
This was the way they used to do these runs before the advent of silicon materials for such duty - never goes off - clearly. Just use a flex end in silicon - very servicable. It's all they ever did until rubbers became adequately serviceable and then silicones.
Also as a suggestion Silicone rescue tape. x jaycar. Pt No NA-2829 pp 97 of their paper catalogue.
Resists fuels, oils acids solvents salt water etc.
Op temp -65 deg C to +260 C
Tensile strength 700 psi
designed for sealing hoses in cars boats and trucks and space shuttles
Self bonding.
The thighter you stretch the tape the quicker it bonds.
Hope you get some hoses obviously the best solution.
Good luck.
